Six words Stories

Hey, I’d better hop on this meme while it’s still warming up (rather, than, you know, cooling down which is the usual…)

Wired writes: We’ll be brief: Hemingway once wrote a story in just six words (“For sale: baby shoes, never worn.”) and is said to have called it his best work.

You can see places where the meme is heating up at Matt’s lategaming blog here and at the 2000AD message board here

Anyway … to do the same thing in comics, six words by six panels? or would that be too tough?

  1. you can put a much richer level of detail in a comic panel tnan a single word – it would be far too easy

you need less panels of you’d have to be putting in a lot more ‘stoties’
