It’s time to acknowledge a few things: the old blog here has served me well over the decades, and who knows there may yet be some gems on this here blog back in the pile of entries. I started blogging properly in 1999 but really my first recorded blog post is from 2001. So, this marks 25 years. A good inning, even as it waxed and wained from my lack of interest.
I’ll keep the domain name and the blog alive, though I’m paying £5 a month for the pleasure! It’s still a good thing to have!
Mostly I’m shifting my blogging and attention over to patreon – sorry! I know there are a few that will find that a pain. For the most part the blog and day to day stuff will be free and I’ll try and make as much comic stuff as free as possible, but you know, I can guarantee 300 people are looking at my patreon and sadly the numbers here are very much not that.
Aside from that I’m also over at BLUESKY where you can follow my nonsense or at least as much as I’ll put there.
Anyway, this may be it. I’ll put a marker down now.
It could be, as time moves on I’ll post stuff here, maybe less comics and more life things again. I’ve done improv this year, acting last, and I’d like to talk about some of that stuff. OR I may just turn all that attention to comic strips. Who knows.
